Privacy Policy
Effective October 31, 2026
freeindeed.com is the website of Free Indeed, a ministry of teaching and inner healing led by David and Kim Keyes ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
When you fill out a form on the site, we collect the name and email address you provide. We also collect basic technical information that your browser shares automatically, such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Our signup forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to help tell people apart from automated spam, under Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use your information
We use your name and email to send you the updates you asked for, including news about Free Indeed teaching, gatherings, and resources. We use technical information to keep the site secure and working properly and to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it.
How your information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your information is stored and our emails are sent through the Builder by HBA and HBA Emailer platforms provided by Home Business Academy, which process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Links and embedded content
Some pages include videos embedded from YouTube, and some links lead to other websites. YouTube and those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover how they handle your information.
Cookies
The site uses cookies, which are small files stored by your browser, to keep pages working and to understand how visitors use the site. When you first visit, you can accept or decline the cookies that are not essential. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended without them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message. You may also contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or as long as we need it for the purposes described here, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Children's privacy
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
